1. Pressure Cooking -

BCH manufacture pressure cooking vessels which by using pressure greatly reduced the simmering time required to soften meat often from hours to minutes.

2. Vacuum Cooking Systems -

BCH have long been associated with the design of high quality vacuum cooking systems, built to the highest standards.

The vacuum cooking process gently cooks and simmers products at temperatures below the equivalent atmospheric temperature. This ensures that product caramelisation and vapour evaporation levels can both be controlled repeatedly to your product requirement.

3. Tilting Kettles -

The BCH specialist tilting discharge kettles are fitted with horizontal scraped surface agitation.

They can incorporate atmospheric or pressure cooking with the option of vacuum cooking or cooling.

They are ruggedly built to handle:-
Thick sauces
Long grain rice
Large vegetable pieces
Meat bratting













4. Low Mixers -

BCH have a long tradition of building the standard low type mixer which is a heavy duty mixing and cooking machine with the option of either single acting or contra-rotating scraped surface mixing action.

5. Vacuum Cooling -
BCH have been using vacuum cooling for the last 25 years. The application of vacuum directly to the product achieves very fast cooling rates - typically from 90°C to 5°C within 30 to 45 minutes.
