Ten years ago it all began with Pre-Cooked IQF frozen Italian pasta, at the time Bri-Tal were the only suppliers of this product in the UK. The pasta was quickly picked by manufacturers who quickly utilised the spare production space to increasing their volume of ready meals. Once they saw the advantages of using pre processed components the demand for other pre processed food items began to grow. Bri-Tal now supply pre cooked products as diverse as polenta, ciabatta croutons and whole loaves of regional breads - fully baked.
