Quality Range Of Curries For Foodservice Multiples

Roberts of Port Dinorwic Limited has developed an exciting high quality range of pre-prepared mouth watering curry dishes for pubs, restaurants and hotels.

Designed specifically for the multiples, the company will initially be offering three products - a delicious seafood curry made with flaky cod, king prawns, thai spices and coconut milk, as well as a tikka masala and a korma dish, which it will be launching during the next few months.

All of the curry products were developed in-house by Roberts' own NPD department whose creative, energetic and pro-active approach has helped the company gain countless product listings in a large number of multiple food outlets. The business, which has its own dedicated chefs, has taken a number of weeks trialling the curry products in-house, to ensure ethnic perfection.

The curry products can be supplied by Roberts in a variety of pack formats in accordance with the customers' requirements. These include microwavable containers, foil trays and boil in the bag.

This latest development from Roberts builds on the success of the company's existing products. These include traditional and ethnic cuisine including tasty Welsh lamb's liver with bacon and red wine, beef brisket joint with roast vegetables, pork loin fillet with cider, apple and mustard, Cumberland sausage with rich onion gravy, beef rib with peppercorn sauce and mouth watering Moroccan lamb to name but a few!

A key part of the company's success is the emphasis on quality and its skilled NPD department, who work closely with each customer to create if necessary dishes exclusive to that account.

Caernarfon based Roberts specialises in the development and supply of food dishes to the food manufacturing and service industries. In addition to the extensive range of prepared dishes on offer, the company also supplies cooked meats to ready meal manufacturers.

Delivery is available direct from Roberts for a minimum order of a pallet or from a select range of wholesalers for those requiring smaller quantities. All products are supplied frozen or chilled in hygienically sealed plastic pouches for convenient handling.

The business is also at the forefront of the healthy eating debate and uses ingredients that are low in salt and fat, as well as clean of additives. This level of quality together with accurate portion control has made Roberts' products firm favourites with a wide range of well known pub multiples and eating outlets.
